Four years ago, I began the project of U51 pro; it is no longer a dream but a growing reality. I mention this because it’s been that Joan cases, representative for the tritathlon brand zoot came to my shop. From the very beginning, we connected, not only because of the way he is, an idealist by nature, in love with his brand but also because of his motivation for zoot. Today, I received an e-mail from Joan saying he was leaving zoot, for personal reasons I imagine. I just want to say that I wish him the best now and always and only hope that all representatives feel and demonstrate the same passion that he has always had for the brand. Joan, you’re the best. Following a month of intense rains in the Basque Country, the sun has emerged again. It’s May 1st, Day of the Worker, temperature is a cool 10ºc, it’s 9 a.m., I am headed out for a stroll with my son Ibai along La Concha. I notice how many cyclists are out, cyclists in search of other companions, cyclists speaking among themselves, some confine themselves to the bicycle lane unable to hit the road, others still arrive late to their appointments and are hauling ass to arrive seconds sooner.
You may be asking yourself, where is he going with this? Well … I tend to study what cyclists, athletes and sports enthusiasts wear … I’m just that way. Today it struck me that 7 of 10 cyclists that I saw, yes, 7 minimum, were wearing some Assos product: cycling shorts, jerseys, socks, gloves, and some were wearing the whole ensemble.
I am proud of my job advising cyclists, about which cycling shorts, jersey, socks to buy. It’s also true that I’ve yet to receive a complaint about the lack of comfort of Assos wear. One thing that has been always very clear is that I’m working with the very best, not because they use the best raw materials (which they do), but because the whole Assos firm practices cycling at a very high level.
What I want to say is that other brands limit themselves to designing prototypes and mass production , be they nike, adidas, reebok … They are such “macro” companies that they don’t even stop to consider if things work or not; it’s just about looking good and will it sell.
Thanks to people who love the sport of cycling and the best performance, we have the Swiss brand Assos, which is why 7 of 10 cyclists always wear the Assos brand.
The most sold products are cycling shorts: Tf uno logo. In jerseys and jackets, the big-sellers are: models 851 air jacket and ij habu.
With accessories, it gets a little trickier, because you really can’t tell, but as far as sales go, socks win by a landslide, especially models spring fall, skiwear, mille.
For this coming summer, we expect to see fly off the shelves, the Swiss Cycling Team jersey and the Superleggera.

Hace ya cuatro años que empece con el proyecto de U51 pro, ya no es un proyecto ya es una realidad en la cual vamos cada vez a mas. Digo esto porque hace ya ese tiempo se presento en mi tienda Joan cases , representante de la marca de triathlon zoot . Desde el primer momento conectamos a la primera, no solamente por su forma de ser, idealista, enamorado de su marca etc. si no por su motivación por la marca zoot. Hoy he recibido un email de Joan explicando que deja la marca zoot, los motivos me imagino que serán personales,Yo personalmente te deseo lo mejor en lo presente y en lo futuro ojala todos los representantes tengan la pasion que tu siempre has tenido por la marca que representavas , joan eres el mejor. Aqui en San Sebastian tienes tu casa .

SIEMPRE ” ASSOS” 7 DE CADA 10

Después de un mes de intensantes lluvias en el país vasco, sale el sol, 1 de mayo día del trabajador, temperatura algo fresca en San Sebastian 10ºc , son las 9 de la mañana , me dispongo a dar un paseo con mi hijo Ibai, por la concha . Me fijo de cuantos ciclistas salen a rodar, unos ciclistas solos en busca de sus compañeros, otros en grupo hablando entre ellos , otros por el carril de bicicleta pensando que no pueden rodar por la carretera , y otros que llegan tarde al encuentro de sus compis y van con todo el desarrollo metido.
Os preguntaréis a donde quiero llegar, por mi forma de ser, me suelo fijar mucho como viste los ciclistas , los atletas y todo deportista en general, pues bien, hoy me he dado cuenta que de 10 ciclistas que he visto 7 como mínimo llevaba algún producto de la marca Assos desde coulotes, maillots, calcetines, guantes, y otros todo la equipacion entera. .
Me enorgullece el trabajo que realizo en asesorar al ciclista lo que es mejor para el desde un coulote , un maillot , calcetines etc.
Es cierto que todavía no he recibido queja alguna de la incomodidad del producto Assos . Esto siempre lo tuve claro, es lo mejor , no porque utilizan las mejores materias primas , si no, porque todo el equipo de la firma Assos es practicante del ciclismo a niveles máximos , quiero decir que todas las marcas o casi todas lo que hacen es dibujar en la sección de prototipos, y a fabricar esto pasa mucho en las firmas: nike, adidas, reebokk, etc . Son tan grandes que no se paran a pensar si funciona o no , solo si es bonito y comercial.
Gracias a personas que aman el deporte del ciclismo y de la mejor perfomance tenemos la marca suiza Assos , por eso mínimo 5 de cada 10 ciclistas llevan siempre la firma Assos.

En accesorios ya es más complicado, por que no se llega a ver , pero en ventas sin lugar a dudas los calcetines. sea cualsea el modelo spring fall, skiwear, mille
Aunque para este verano lo más vendido seguira siendo el maillot de la seleccion de suiza y el nuevo superrlegera
